You Can Apply Only If

You are a Homeowner or Private Tenant.
Your property has an EPC rating below D.
Your home has a gas connection that can run the gas boiler.
You receive ECO4 qualifying government benefits.
Your property has no boiler or an older non-condensing boiler installed before 2005.

Insulation Is a Must: Your home must be properly insulated (e.g., loft or cavity wall insulation) to retain the heat produced efficiently.
EPC Rating of E to G: Your Energy Performance Certificate should reflect poor to moderate energy efficiency, making your home eligible for improvement.
